What's that? Iceland doesn't have one?
Iceland may or may not have cyber bullying laws- but they are a member state of the European Union and the EU have laws on cyber bullying. Dont ask me to provide you a link- google it yourself- i'm not lazy- its just that trying to get goons to retain information is like trying to make water stay in a sieve- it just never happens.

People who can't deal with (cyber-) bullying and commit suicide are just another case of natural selection.
Can't cope with social pressure, your own damn fault. |

Not just ganking, if you can't see how this gets gamed I can lay out just ONE way. Say we have a fight, you win, I get mad. I write a letter to you including my rl Email address in it talking about how sad ive been and all the terribly sloppy thoughts that go with scumbags that think like that. I wait 2 weeks, make a bunch of **** up and send it to my Email address using a VPN to mask where it came from (this won't be an FBI investigation, it'll suffer a cursory examination, and thats all it needs) and then petition you using the mails I received in your name. Those mails crafted to be mocking, supporting suicide, complete with missives to other corp members directing them to grief myself. That took 3 minutes to think up. This sets the bar for that, you can think it won't, but it will. " using a VPN to mask where it came from" Lol wrong. VPN does mask your IP address my friend. You can mask it but not via VPN. Please stop talking about things you clearly have no information about.
You make a email account over the VPN. You send the email over the VPN.
As long the VPN provider has no logs, you're perfectly safe.

Every VPN provider has logs you moron, dear god where do you come up with this crap? VPN - Virtual private network. Used to allow users to access their corporation network via any internet connection. Also most VPNs do not mask or change your IP address, they create, wait for it, a virtual connection with its own IP address, you still have the IP address you used to access the internet, so you are not hiding anything from someone who knows what they are looking for. Again what you want to do is not hard but it is not VPN, it called bot nets. You can buy them and use them, they will hide your internet traffic.
I know at least one provider that keeps no logs. |

Man, its almost like connecting to the internet through a different IP would mask your native IP......

A home computer that is not on a network, cannot be logged into via VPN, as how is it going to answer the VPN request and assign it an IP address? VPN = A virtual private network (VPN) is a network that uses primarily public telecommunication infrastructures, such as the Internet, to provide remote offices or traveling users an access to a central organizational network. Please explain how most Home PCs have a "central organizational network" again? VPN is the wrong term. What you want is called a bot net, or ghosting IP's or even something as simple as setting up the DNS in your router for an hour and then turning them off again to change your IP. I can explain how those work if you wish.

I can explain how those work if you wish. Hi. I work for a major US ISP. I help people connect to VPNs through their PCs at home all the time. You're an idiot. Hi. I am a Network Admin for IBM. I do this everyday. If what you say was correct, then you know that VPN creates another adapter, you have your Internet connection and your VPN adapter now. Both have an IP address, one creates a tunnel to their network, the other gives them access tot he outside world. End of story. Yes, and now your routes are configured in a way that all internet traffic travels across the VPN.
To a remote location.
Ideally to a provider that does not keep logs.
Who in turn routes the traffic to it's destination.
And blam, you're anonymous.
